Jonny plays uplifting jazzy folk songs. He can happily finger pick a soft intricate guitar part, or strum a sing-along tune and has pleased many an audience with his unique style and finely crafted songs.

Jonny started gigging in 2000 and has notched up over three hundred gigs across the UK. He has transformed Thursday nights at Mean Fiddler's Powers Bar, his residency, creating a regular and lively following.

Whilst usually backed by a small rhythm section and the occasional soloist, he has also been supported by big bands, string sections and even orchestras.

Three Edinburgh festival residencies have created an international following from America, Australia and most of mainland Europe. His debut album, 'Friend For All The Seasons', is due to be released shortly on his own label, MCM Recordings. Jonny has also recently appeared on BBC network television, BBC local radio and LBC radio in London.

Other Projects
Jonny has also written a number of musicals for both adult and childrens' theatre.
